Had a car accident in Berlin? We are independent, TÜV-certified vehicle damage assessors (Kfz-Sachverständige). Call our office on 01573 8888 733 or email us – we will advise you in English.
Not at fault? Then you don't pay for the assessment
If the accident was not your fault, the other driver's liability insurance (Haftpflichtversicherung) normally pays for the damage report. We settle our fee directly with the insurance company.
Your rights after an accident that was not your fault

You don't have to accept the other insurer's assessor
The other party's insurance company often offers to send its own assessor. That assessor mainly looks after the insurer's interests. After an accident that was not your fault, you have the right to choose your own assessor.
